Subscription Terms
These Subscription Terms apply to paid plans for WaverSec Protect and describe how manual billing, payment timing, renewals, and plan changes work.
These terms supplement the Terms of Service. If a signed order form or enterprise agreement sets different commercial terms, that signed document controls.

How paid plans are purchased
Paid plans are currently purchased through manual commercial workflows, not through automated in-app checkout. WaverSec may issue an order form, invoice, payment request, or written proposal describing the purchased tier, term, seats, pricing, and payment schedule.
WaverSec does not currently process payments automatically through the product. The product does not provide self-serve card checkout, in-app payment collection, or automatic recurring card charges. Payment timing and settlement instructions are handled manually through the applicable invoice, order form, payment request, or other written commercial document.
Activation and service term
Paid service begins when WaverSec confirms activation or when the applicable start date in the order form arrives, whichever is later.
The service term, renewal date, and any minimum commitment are determined by the applicable order form, invoice, or written renewal confirmation.
Renewals
Because billing is manual today, renewals are handled through written renewal confirmation, invoice issuance, or another manual billing step agreed between the parties.
Unless WaverSec and the customer expressly agree otherwise in writing, the service does not currently implement automated self-serve renewal charging from within the product.
Invoices, payment timing, and taxes
Invoices are due according to the payment deadline stated on the invoice or order form. Amounts are payable in the agreed currency and without setoff unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Customer is responsible for applicable taxes, duties, levies, and similar charges other than taxes on WaverSec net income.
Seat changes, upgrades, and downgrades
Seat increases, plan upgrades, renewals, downgrades, and custom commercial terms are handled manually. WaverSec may require written confirmation before making a commercial change effective.
Changes requested in the middle of a billing term may take effect immediately, at the next renewal, or on another agreed date depending on the commercial arrangement.
Cancellation and non-renewal
To avoid renewal, the customer should notify WaverSec in writing before the renewal or non-renewal deadline stated in the applicable commercial document. If no deadline is stated, a reasonable advance notice period should be used.
Cancellation does not relieve the customer of already incurred payment obligations for the active committed term unless WaverSec agrees otherwise in writing or mandatory law requires otherwise.
Late payment and suspension
If payment is late, WaverSec may suspend access, refuse renewal, withhold upgrades, or require payment in advance before continued service. WaverSec may also charge lawful interest or recovery costs where permitted by law and stated in the applicable invoice or agreement.
Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing by WaverSec. Free tiers, trials, beta access, and discounted pilot arrangements may carry their own written terms.
