Jiri Rydel
Experienced full-stack engineer with 10+ years in startup and product teams, shipping scalable web apps, dashboards, and integrations with strong product execution and customer-driven UX. Led migrations to modern Next.js stacks, built UI systems, and delivered cross-platform Outlook add-ins with real-time processing. Hands-on across React/TypeScript and Node, with a focus on performance, clean architecture, and fast iteration.
Michele Tavella
Hands-on engineering executive with 20+ years in platform, cloud, and distributed systems, plus an MBA and 10+ years of leadership and CTO roles. Builds and scales fault-tolerant platforms, integrates ML/NLP capabilities into production, and drives cloud-native transformations under tight performance and compliance requirements. Deep expertise in backend architecture, data platforms, and detection systems, with a senior enterprise focus.

R&D first
Policy, DLP, and ML/NLP detection engines are developed entirely in-house. Advanced cloud AI/LLM models are integrated for edge-case analysis.
Security & privacy by design
Your emails stay in your environment. Policy and DLP run on-device, ML/NLP runs on-prem, and cloud-based AI/LLM uses minimal context with immediate discard. No email data is stored.
